Founded in 1963 by K. G. Gajara, Ashwani Metals started as a family-owned business built on quality, integrity, and engineering excellence. Over the years, it has grown into a globally trusted manufacturing partner supplying precision-engineered components to leading OEMs across multiple industries.
With a team of 300+ professionals and a 300,000 sq. meter integrated manufacturing facility, the company offers capabilities in extrusion, casting, hot forging, and precision machining. Our facilities house 400+ advanced machines, including multi-spindle, multi-axis CNC, VMC, and specialized machines to deliver complex components with high precision and efficiency.

Our Jamnagar-based manufacturing unit spans 150,000 sq. ft., equipped with CNC automatic bar turning machines, trobe-type lathes, and multi-station rotary indexing transfer systems for secondary operations. This integrated setup allows efficient handling of both standard and custom brass components across volume production cycles. Approximately 40% of our annual turnover is generated through exports to Europe, USA, and Middle Eastern regions.
